On December 13, the Graduation Ceremony of the 9th Chinese Culture and Business Administration Training Program for Foreign Students in our university was held in the Conference Room 210 of South Tower in the office. Li Changhai, Member of Party committee and Vice President, attended the graduation ceremony.
At the ceremony, Li Changhai issued a certificate of completion for foreign students and on behalf of the school, congratulated the students on their successful completion of their studies. He hoped that students would be able to bring what they had learned in our school back to France and became ambassadors for the friendship between China and France and bridged the cultural exchange between China and France and contributed to the development of the friendly relations between the two countries.
The overseas student representative Maïdi made a warm speech, expressed his gratitude and displeasure at Binzhou College, and said that he would certainly live up to the expectations of the school leaders and made due contributions to the exchange of Sino-French education.
