On the afternoon of September 15, our school held a graduation ceremony for the training course for newly promoted division-level cadres, young division-level cadres and non-party cadres in the Mingde Lecture Hall. Song Shuping, deputy secretary of the party committee, presided over the graduation ceremony and delivered a speech. All the trainees of the training course attended the graduation ceremony.
Song Shuping demanded in his speech that firstly, we must enhance political literacy and strengthen ideals and beliefs. We must put politics in the first place, work hard to learn, understand and implement Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, continuously improve political judgment, political understanding, and political execution, and deeply understand the decisiveness of the important thoughts. Second, we must continue to strengthen learning and enhance the entrepreneurial ability of leaders.
It is necessary to further enhance the sense of urgency, mission and initiative of learning, and go further and deeper in strengthening learning. We must grasp the key points of learning, apply what we have learned, promote development, and transform the gains of learning into ideas for planning work, measures to promote work, and the ability to leader’s work. Third, we must dare to take responsibility and be bold in pioneering and innovating. It is necessary to do in-depth and meticulous investigation and research, make overall consideration to advance the work, and complete the work creatively. In the work, we must always adhere to the work style of seeking truth from facts, pioneering and innovative, and unity and cooperation. Fourth, we must abide by honesty and diligence, and consciously abide by the rules and disciplines.
At the graduation ceremony, 5 trainee representatives made speeches about the training content, combining their learning gains and working practice.
