Hu Bo emphasized that conducting induction training is the first lesson in a teacher's career. The training time is one year, including the provincial school three-level training. The school-based training mainly includes modules such as leading by famous teachers, career starting, teacher morality, school situation decoding, teaching practice, special counseling and other modules.
