On the afternoon of February 26, Shandong University of Aeronautics held a special meeting on initial teaching work in Lixue lecture hall. Guo Xinwei, a member of the Party Committee and vice president, attended the meeting and gave a speech.
Guo Xinwei provided a precise analysis and further mobilization for the implementation of the school’s annual “1+1655” key work and the teaching task objectives outlined in the “Ten High Construction three-year Action Plan”. He emphasized the importance of clear political communication, acting as an effective executor, and diligently carrying out decisions made by the school Party committee. Secondly, he highlighted the need to prioritize development. Development is the first priority, we should anchor high-quality development goals, and work hard to complete the 1+1655 annual teaching task. Thirdly, our primary focus should be on effective implementation. While deployment is crucial, it is the meticulous execution that truly matters. We must seize every moment, day and night alike, to take action and initiate the assigned tasks with utmost dedication. Emphasizing key areas of concern, leaders must lead by example while ensuring active participation from all staff members. Let us persevere tirelessly in our endeavors towards achieving success. Additionally, it is crucial to systematically clarify the objectives of the task, keep quantifiable “hard indicators” steadfast and unwavering, seize opportunities to ensure that high standards are met in completing the task and enhancing work performance.
At the meeting, the Academic Affairs Office sorted out and analyzed the ideas and key points of teaching work in 2024 and deployed the recent work on the standard professional certification, audit and evaluation and the requirements of the school's key work goals.
