On March 19, Yin Meiying, Deputy Secretary of the school party committee, led the heads of the Propaganda Department, Logistics Management Department, Infrastructure Department, and other departments to visit Xueyuan Community, East Dormitory Area, and Xueyuan Garden to supervise and guide the work of creating a civilized city on site.
Yin Meiying and her team carefully listened to the introductions of the property managers at each community, conducted inspections, and provided guidance on public service advertisement promotion, parking organization, environmental cleanliness, and addressing previous feedback issues.
Yin Meiying stressed that the establishment of a national civilized city is a challenging and long-term endeavor. It is essential to strengthen ideological understanding, take initiative and act responsibly, advocate for fostering a sense of ownership among the people in the city construction work and promote the formation of a strong atmosphere of “everyone participating, everyone be responsible, everyone sharing”; it is crucial to maintain a problem-oriented approach, concentrate on key areas and critical links, address issues and rectify deficiencies, implement and refine each target task with high standards and strict requirements; it is necessary to roll up our sleeves and work diligently in a practical manner, coordinate closely and collaborate, gather collective efforts, promote refined management in the community with meticulous efforts, and jointly create a clean, tidy, civilized, and orderly living environment. This will contribute to the development in Binzhou’s pursuit of becoming a national civilized city.
