In order to further strengthen the talent work of our school and promote the construction of international Chinese education and other disciplines, on the afternoon of August 13, our school, as one of the organizers, joined the Shandong International Talent Exchange Association and the Foreign Affairs Office of the Binzhou Municipal People's Government at the Bohai Advanced Technology Research Institute. The Talent Center co-hosted the 3rd Binzhou Talent Festival-Overseas Talent Innovation and Development Dialogue. Lin Haibin, Deputy Director of the Foreign Affairs Office of Shandong Provincial Party Committee, Wang Weizhong, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Shandong Talent Development Group Co., Ltd. and Chairman of Shandong International Talent Exchange Association, Liu Yubin, Deputy Mayor of Binzhou City, and Guo Xinwei, Member of the Party Committee and Vice President of our school attended the meeting.
At the dialogue meeting, our school signed a contract with the Foreign Affairs Office of the Binzhou Municipal People's Government and the Binzhou International Talent Exchange Association to jointly build the International Chinese Education Research Center of Binzhou University. On behalf of our school, Guo Xinwei, together with Lin Haibin, Liu Yubin and Su Tao, jointly unveiled the International Chinese Education Research Center of Binzhou University. The head of the School of Humanities of our school and He Danyang, a PhD of Italian linguistics, signed a tentative offer. This dialogue will adopt a combination of online + offline, invite representatives of overseas students' associations to introduce the employment needs of talents, publicize and promote the development advantages of Binzhou to overseas talents, and conduct in-depth discussions on the areas of cooperation with countries along the route to build an international talent communication platform and provide intellectual support for foreign affairs channel talents for the construction of a higher-level prosperous Binzhou.
At the dialogue meeting, the heads of relevant departments of Binzhou introduced talents, innovation and other themes, explained Binzhou's talent policy in detail, and introduced Binzhou’s key industries. The relevant person in charge of the Provincial International Talent Exchange Association explained the talent work.
