In order to further improve the school's anti-terrorism and anti-riot emergency response capabilities, effectively prevent campus violence and terrorist incidents, and further promote the construction of a safe campus, on November 20, our school cooperated with the Assault Squadron of the Special Patrol Brigade of Bincheng Branch of Binzhou Public Security Bureau, Pengli police station jointly held the 2022 anti-terrorism and anti-riot emergency drill for campus security personnel. All the faculty and staff of the School Security Office, all members of the school guard team, and some student representatives from the University Student Safety Association participated in the on-site drill.
At the drill site, a thug simulated by the staff tried to break into the campus with a knife. The security guard immediately pressed the one-button alarm device. The Assault Squadron of the Special Patrol Brigade of the Bincheng Branch of the Binzhou Public Security Bureau and the police from the Pengli Police Station immediately arrived at the school to subdue the thugs.
During the drill, the police of the Assault Squadron of the Special Patrol Brigade commented on the problems existing in the drill and demonstrated on-site the use methods and precautions of commonly used anti-riot equipment such as steel forks and shields.
Through the drill, the organization, command, coordination and cooperation capabilities of the relevant departments of the school in dealing with emergencies have been enhanced, the coordination and rapid response capabilities of the campus security personnel have been tested, and the security awareness of the campus security personnel and the anti-terrorism and anti-riot emergency response capabilities have been improved. , It laid a good foundation for the school to properly handle violent attacks and personal injury incidents.
