On March 10th, talent introduction work arrangement meeting 2023 was held in the conference room 209 of the north building of the office building of Binzhou University. Hu Bo, member of the University Party Committee and vice president, attended the meeting and delivered a speech.
Hu Bo emphasized that this meeting is a re-mobilization to implement the university’s “the 14th Five Year Plan” and the spirit of the annual work conference 2023, aiming to analyze, study and judge the current situation of talent introduction work, and scientifically arranging the next step of talent introduction work. He requested firstly to further compact the main responsibility of all the secondary units attaching great importance to talent introduction work from such aspects as aviation connotation construction, master degree program construction, teaching team construction, and strictly implementing the goals and tasks of talent introduction work. Secondly, innovate ways to attract talents need to be further created. All should give full play to the role of existing talents, mobilize their enthusiasm and initiative, and explore and attract more excellent talents. Thirdly, the construction of discipline platforms need to be further strengthened. All should identify the focus point from the perspective of talents, allocate the best resources to talents, and create a stage for talents to display their talents. Fourthly, service awareness need to be further improved. All should promptly listen to the voices of talents, respond to their needs, and strive to create a good atmosphere of caring, valuing, using and cultivating talents. Meanwhile, the related functional departments of the university should do a good job of coordination and scheduling, form a strong joint force with the colleges (research institutions) in terms of linkage, efficient collaboration and overall promotion, and ensure the quality and quantity of talent introduction tasks in 2023.
At the meeting, the person in charge of the Talent Work Office conveyed Talent Introduction Implementation Plan 2023 and arranged the recent short-term external recruitment plan.
