On April 3rd, Binzhou University successfully held Spring Employment Promotion Campaign and Regional Job Fair for students graduating in 2023 at Leifeng Square. Guo Xinwei, member of the Party Committee and Vice President of Binzhou University, attended the activity to provide guidance and discussed with relevant leaders of participating enterprises on the enterprises’ situation, recruitment needs, employment services, and so on. At the same time, Guo Xinwei had a friendly conversation with the students attending the job fair to learn their employment intentions and needs and guide them in finding employment opportunities.
This job fair is provided for award-winning enterprises, such as Golden Lion, Silver Lion and Bronze Lion, as well as major banks in Binzhou City and some high-quality enterprises in Zouping City. More than 50 participating enterprises provides over 350 job opportunities and will employ over 1200 students. Leaders from the Human Resources and Social Security Bureaus of Binzhou City, Bincheng District and Zouping City all lead team to attend the fair, conducting policy lectures on talent introduction and recruitment. The event attracted over 2000 students and over 1700 students are potential job seekers.
The directors of relevant offices and the leaders, section chiefs of employment guidance departments and counselors of graduates’ classes of all the colleges attended the fair to learn the talent needs of employing units and guide the students to apply for the jobs and sign the contracts.
