On August 12th, Liu Chunhua, the Secretary of the Party Committee of Jinan University, and Liu Zongming, the Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and President, led a delegation of seven people to visit Binzhou University. Li Changhai warmly welcomed the arrival of the observation group and introduced the basic situation of Binzhou University from such aspects as the history, conditions, educational ideas and development goals with a focus on the aviation education situation, discipline construction and scientific research achievements. He said that Binzhou University and Jinan University have their own advantages and characteristics, and Binzhou University will fully learn from the good experiences and practices of Jinan University to continuously improve the educational level. He hoped that both sides would maintain close contact, deepen mutual friendship, actively carry out cross-university and interdisciplinary cooperation so as to achieve complementary advantages, promote win-win development between the two universities, and jointly contribute to the high-quality development of the education career of Shandong Province.

Liu Zongming highly praised the academic achievements of Binzhou University, pointing out that the advanced educational philosophy and spirit of determination of Binzhou University were worth learning from. He introduced the educational situation of Jinan University and hoped that both sides could strengthen the communication and cooperation to achieve common development.

The observation group visited the university gymnasium, crew training center, airport operation and management center, CCAR-147 civil aircraft maintenance training institution and drone laboratory, etc.
The directors and deans of Office of Binzhou University, Scientific Research Department, Personnel Department (Talent Office), Flight Academy, Aviation Engineering College, Airport College, Cabin Attendant College and Physical Education College participated in the relevant activities.
