Wang Tongyin, Member of the Party Committee and Minister of Organization Department
Wang Tongyin, a male of Han nationality and a member of the CPC, holds a postgraduate degree and a master of philosophy and works as a lecturer. He previously served as the secretary of the General Party Branch of Flying College of Binzhou University. In September 2023, he was appointed as a member of the Party Committee and minister of the Organization Department of Binzhou University.
