On April 9th, Shen Jiquan, the President of Anyang Institute of Technology, along with Vice Presidents Peng Renhai and Zhao Weibing, and Bai Weitao, Deputy Director of the Higher Education Department of Henan Provincial Department of Education, visited our school for exchange and inspection.They were warmly received by Li Weinian, vice Secretary of the Party Committee and President of our school, and Gong Xinjun, member of the Party Committee and Vice President of our school, at the Lixue Lecture Hall.
Li Weinian extended a warm welcome to President Shen Jiquan and his delegation, introducing the basic situation of our school from aspects such as its educational history, faculty team, disciplinary layout, and talent introduction. He also shared our school’s exploration and practices in aviation-themed education. He expressed that both schools share similarities in their developmental paths and aviation educational philosophies. He hopes that both sides can actively seek cooperative opportunities to promote deeper and broader cooperation, facilitate resource complementarity, and achieve mutual benefit and win-win outcomes.
President Shen Jiquan highly praised our school’s achievements in education, especially in aviation education, and briefly introduced the basic situation of Anyang Institute of Technology. He mentioned that Shandong University of Aeronautics has prominent characteristics in education, and many valuable experiences and practices are worth learning from. He hopes that both sides can further deepen exchanges and cooperation, promote mutual learning, and work together for development.
During the visit, both sides engaged in in-depth exchanges and discussions on aspects such as disciplinary layout, faculty team construction, talent cultivation, industry-education integration, and social services.
Shen Jiquan and his delegation also visited our school’s Flying College.
